Regulated Materials Oversight and Services

Since our first year in business, Argus Pacific has been providing services to the Port of Seattle. At SeaTac International Airport, we oversee all regulated materials work, conduct Port surveys, collect samples, design projects, manage construction, and more.

Completed projects include the US Airways relocation, Main Terminal bagwell, South Terminal roof, house demolitions in support of the third runway, and cleanup of the Terminal 91 tank farm (aboveground petroleum storage tanks).
