JOE WHITE has over 20 years training experience in the field of occupational health and safety as well as hazardous materials management and hazardous waste. He has been a Certified Environmental Trainer (CET) since 1993 and an OSHA Outreach Instructor through the University of Washington since 2004. Joe is a specialist in lead renovation, construction health and safety, inspection, risk assessment and abatement; construction safety and confined spaces; asbestos abatement, supervision and building inspections; hazard communication; hazardous waste operations and emergency spill response; and DOT hazardous materials transportation. He engages his students by implementing adult learning techniques with dynamic style to keep the classes interesting and relevant. He has taught thousands of students from a variety of sectors: construction; heavy industry; education; domestic and international corporations; and local, state, and federal agencies. Joe holds an Associates degree in environmental safety/hazardous materials management.
